Returns

If you have changed your mind and your purchased DriRug is in it´s original working undamaged condition you can return it for a full refund within 28 days, we will not refund the original delivery charges.

You will need to show proof of purchase. Please email your return request for a refund to info@drirug.co.uk and send to: DriRug c/o Mobile PPL. Haddenham Business Park, Units 20-22, Pegasus Wy, Haddenham, Aylesbury HP17 8LJ

Products must be returned in their original condition. We may reduce any refund due to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the product due to how you have handled it.

We will endeavour to process your refund and/or exchange with 14 calendar days of receiving the product back. .

DriRug endeavours to manufacture and sell products of the highest quality, however occasionally there may be a manufacturing defect due to the technical nature of some of our products.

If you believe that your purchase is faulty please email us at info@drirug.co.uk with details of the issue, should there be a genuine defect we will refund or exchange the product.

We cannot refund or replace items that have not been used and washed in accordance with our instructions. Items that have been purchased over 6 months ago cannot be refunded or replaced as this is deemed fair wear and tear.
